Product Description

Uskolor G11A Waterproofing Paint is a specialized waterproofing product made from Styrene Acrylic resin, designed for mixing with cement. This product creates an effective protective layer that prevents water from penetrating the structure from the outside, shielding buildings from weather impacts. A unique feature of Uskolor G11A is its ability to allow moisture from within the wall to escape through tiny gaps between particles, keeping the wall ventilated and providing superior waterproofing. This not only ensures effective waterproofing but also enhances the durability of cement surfaces and concrete structures, offering long-lasting protection for buildings.

– Theoretical coverage: 6-8m²/liter/layer

– Surface drying time: ≤ 50 minutes

– Recommended number of layers: 2-3 layers

– Construction time for the next layer: at least 3 – 4 hours

Product instructions

Surface preparation:

– Cement concrete surfaces must be cleaned according to standards, not loose. It is necessary to thoroughly remove mold, old paint, and cement dust.

– For new walls, surface humidity must be below 16% according to a moisture meter or the wall surface must dry for 21 – 28 days under normal conditions (average temperature 30°C, ambient humidity 80% ).

-Construction:

– Prepare a mixture of cement (at least use cement grade 400 or higher) and X11 with a ratio of 1:1 (1 kg of cement with 1L of clean water), stir well to avoid clumping and then mix with X11 paint.

– Use a brush or smooth roller to cover the wall in 2 – 3 layers

– Let the X11 waterproof paint dry for 1 – 2 days before applying the finishing layer. The maximum hardness of X11 is reached after 7 days.

Note:

– Surface structures must be moistened before applying waterproofing paint X11

– For very small cracks, apply paint in 3 thin coats. If the wall surface is cracked too much, it must be repaired first before using X11 paint.

– After mixing X11 with cement, it should be used within 1 hour because it may harden.

– Apply in dry weather, material surface temperature not exceeding 35°C and not less than 9°C.

– Cleaning: Rinse tools with clean water after use.
