Product Description

USKOLOR G3 SUPER WHITE PAINT is a specialized paint line expertly designed for ceiling application. With coverage up to 98% after only two coats, USkolor G3 provides an ideal solution for users. It boasts superior whiteness, excellent alkali resistance, water resistance, and optimal mold prevention.

-Technical data:

– Ingredients: Styrene Acrylic resin, High Gloss Tianium Dioxide, Calcium Dioxide, Kaolin, surfactants…

– Theoretical coverage: 10-12m²/liter/layer

– Surface drying time: 6-12 hours

– Recommended number of layers: 2-3 layers

– Construction time for the next layer: at least 3 – 4 hours

Product instructions

Surface preparation:

– The surface to be painted must be undamaged, clean, free of dust, grease and cement resin, etc. For dirty and chalky surfaces, it is necessary to clean with a stiff bristle brush.

– For new walls, surface humidity must be below 16% according to a moisture meter or the wall surface must be dry for 21 – 28 days under normal conditions (average temperature 30°C, ambient humidity 80%).

Construction:

– Apply 2 layers of alkali-resistant exterior primer, then let it dry completely for 18-24 hours before rolling the first layer of paint.

– Stir the paint bucket thoroughly. If it is thick, add 5-10% clean water to adjust the consistency depending on temperature and humidity, then stir again until homogeneous. If mixed more than specified, the quality of the paint film will be reduced. Once the paint is mixed with water, it must be used up completely.

– Use a brush or smooth roller to cover the wall in 2-3 layers, each layer spaced at least 3-4 hours apart.

– Apply in dry weather, material surface temperature not exceeding 35°C and not less than 9°C.

– Cleaning: Rinse tools with clean water after use.
