Product Description

– Product description:
USKOLOR X4 is a superior alkaline-resistant interior primer developed with a special formula, combining ingredients such as nano Barium sulphate (BaSO4), nano silicate, zinc oxide, and titanium dioxide, along with a layer of virgin Styrene acrylic adhesive. This combination creates a strong protective film, effectively preventing the movement of alkaline ions from inside the wall to the surface, while helping to increase adhesion and maintain the color fastness of the topcoat, bringing a durable and safe wall surface.

– Theoretical coverage: 10 – 12m²/liter/layer
– Surface drying time: 30 minutes
– Recommended number of layers: 2 layers
– Construction time for the next layer: at least 3 – 4 hours

Product instructions

Surface preparation:
– The surface to be painted must be undamaged, clean, free of dust, grease and cement resin, etc. For dirty and chalky surfaces, it is necessary to clean with a stiff bristle brush.
– For new walls, surface humidity must be below 16% according to a moisture meter or the wall surface must dry for 21 – 28 days under normal conditions (average temperature 30°C, ambient humidity 80% ).
Construction:
– Stir the paint bucket thoroughly. If it is thick, add 5-10% clean water to adjust the consistency depending on temperature and humidity, then stir again until homogeneous. If mixed more than specified, the quality of the paint film will be reduced. Once the paint is mixed with water, it must be used up completely.
– Use a brush or smooth roller to cover the wall in 2 layers, each layer spaced at least 2 hours apart.
– Apply in dry weather, material surface temperature not exceeding 35°C and not less than 9°C.
– Cleaning: Rinse tools with clean water after use.
